Holly Brown


I created A Virtually Mindful Assistant to help other small business owners realize their dreams.

I have over 10 years experience as an executive assistant, working in many different industries.  I've been fortunate enough to work in finance, publishing, retail, non-profit, marketing, event planning, health insurance and the beauty industry. These diversified fields have given me insight, creativity, discipline, knowledge and power to assist in different company structures with various personalities.

I have experience planning, organizing and implementing projects under pressure and strict time constraints. My decision making, communication and multitasking skills are strong.  I have worked with high profile people as well as all levels of management and vendors. 


My passion is helping people who are making a difference in the world through documentary films, music, non-profit organizations and any other form of expression. I have assisted non-profits promoting their message through social networking, social marketing, organization and event planning.
